Female Shih Tzu

Pandy is a female, 3 year old Shih-tzu. She is very shy and would need a home where she can slowly get acclimatized, someone that has patients to help her get over her shyness.  Definitely no small children or a loud house hold. A home with one small, calm dog would be great. Once she warms up she loves to be on your lap and be with you to give you lots of love.

Pandy has one missing eye and may be going blind or will need eye drops  the rest of her life.  She has had a really ruff life and she feels older than her 3 yrs.. She does have accidents when she is scared. Pandy will need a very special person to adopt her.
