We lost our wonderful doxie of 17 1/2 years a few months ago and are ready to adopt another furry child to complete our family. Hoping we can work together.

My Dorgi
I have a cute little Black & Tan Dachshund with a pinch of Corgi. It's just enough mix to give him those adorable ears. He looks all Dachshund until you look at those ears standing straight up on his head. We named him "Mickey" after Mickey Mouse. It is the PERFECT! name for him.
He is 5 months old now and the best little dog that brings so much fun and joy to our lives.
Mickey is our 2nd rescue and If I had the room I would rescue as many dogs as possible.

My brother had the mother of my mini daushound. He suprised me with him. He thought i would be bored in retierment.How wrong he was. I gave my dog the name Blue. As a puppy he those long ears so i chose Blue for long eared Ole Blue hunting dog.

Mozart
We just adopted Mozart on Saturday, from the Pet-smart in Queen Creek. Mozart is an awesome little fellow, outgoing, and calm. We go on a 2 1/2 mile walk each day. His little legs just go.
He already gets up and goes to stand where his leash is each morning. We think he has figured out who the suckers are. Who else would get up at 5 am in the morning for their dogs to go for a walk?
We are just so thankful we found Mozart. Our Beagle Belle just loves him. They play and nap together.
We Thank each you for all you do! All the Foster Parents that were there ,answered questions and were so patient. What touched us most is how everyone in this organization cared.
Mozart will be visiting from time to time with his sister Belle the Beagle.

Please go to Petfinder.com, then under shelters go to Arizona and Flagstaff. You can then see the available pets at the Coconino Humane Society. Bingo is an adorable little boy who is up for adoption! If you're thinking about adopting he'd be a great friend!

I adopted Oscar the Dachshund in March of 2007 and he is the love of my life. He loves everyone and has many friends in our complex. When we go walking he loves to meet up with his friends and get his belly rubbed.

Animal Lover
I am an animal lover but also a doxie lover too. I have 3 of my own, one a rescue. I would have a dozen but room doesn't allow for that many nor does my bed!! I have volunteered to be a foster parent or anything to help.
